Job Description:
Overview :
- Deliver sales target growth both sales volume & revenue in WS channel by executing marketing / visibility program efficiently
- Establish solid working relationships with WS customers, aimed at developing and growing short and long term business
- Work closely with Field Execution to ensure excellent in-store compliance of business activities
- Provide business analysis and recommendation to assist management, including competitor data and market analysis
- Manage WS customer by strengthening JBP customer engagement process
- Ensure AR collection within payment term

Business Results
Performance Management
- Manage territory performance to achieve volume target with identified gap closing, issues& opportunities and to develop corrective action plan
- Understand responsible customer's performance and provide information on profile, work & not work and opportunity for Customer Business Review
- Provide business report with identified findings from frontline information with proposed corrective solution
- Identify and monitoring territory demand forecast
Customer Management
- Achieve KPI target with identify individual action plan to deliver results
- Develop business plan to align customers activities with corporate direction and key activities in order to drive sales growth
- Lead monthly business review to update business performance and identify business opportunities
- Work with customer to win in store
- Ensure compliance of bank guarantee with PepsiCo policy and own Process: strictly manage on time customer's collection and follow up with customers for bounce cheque until get paid
People Results
- Work with Field execution and trade marketing to deliver consistent and high level of customer satisfaction and excellent instore execution
- Regular update information on the competition, competitive products
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Have sense of entrepreneurship
- Result oriented
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic Computer skill i.e. MS office
- Mobility to work in upcountry
- Good command in English (Speak, Read, and Write)
- Good presentation skill
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in TT field sales
- Experience in Distributor management best practice and WS
- Experience in international FMCG
