Join us in shaping our future - and yours.What You Will DoThe Key Account Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships with key customer(s), developing strategic account plans, and driving sales & category growth in the assigned accounts. You will play a crucial role in representing Kenvue and ensuring the satisfaction of our key customers.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, sustainable and profitable customer relationships with key accounts.Develop long-term and short-term business plans in collaboration with customer and channel teams aligned with the company's strategy and priorities.Drive and execute account plans & strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow the categories that we participate in based on compelling data analytics and strong customer + consumer insight, including distribution expansions to ensure nationwide product availability.Drive in-store excellence & perfect store executions from right product assortment, effective promotion, pricing, and planogram for prominent visibility and brand communications.Drive & lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service, especially in ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of customer orders.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.Negotiate and finalize trading terms, pricing & promotion agreements.Conduct periodic account performance analysis & review for internal and external stakeholders.Manage account profitability, investment budget, and account receivables (AR) settlement.What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's DegreeMinimum of 4 years working experience in the FMCG industry in key account handlingExcellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFluent in verbal and written EnglishFluent in MS ExcelSolid analytical skills and experienced working with big dataResults-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required.Desired QualificationsPreferably have been in the position of Key Account Manager for at least 2 years for Mini Market Indomaret or Alfamart.What's In It For YouPaid company holidays, paid vacation, volunteer time, summer Fridays & more!Learning & development opportunitiesEmployee resource groupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
