We're on the lookout for a dynamic Key Account Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team and take on a vital role in cultivating and expanding our top-tier client relationships. You'll work closely with Account Executives and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive our success forward. In This Role
  • Partner with National Account Executives to understand customer insights in order to maximize results from key clients
  • Elevate the customer experience to provide world-class customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, as well as anticipating client's needs, implementing improvements, and identifying trends for future business
  • Support seamless implementation of new products by creating presentations, training materials, and outlining product information
  • Generate and present ad-hoc reports for Account Executives to drive key sales initiatives
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Art Studio, and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
The Ideal Person
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot table experience)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers
  • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
