We specialize in a diverse range of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction and market leadership through innovation and reliability.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to oversee and cultivate relationships with our key clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our key accounts, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction in alignment with company goals. Creativity, value proposition selling, and excellent customer management skills are needed to continue, support, and grow existing platforms and identify new opportunities and categories where value-added products can be created.Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales potential within current accounts.
- Launch new items and gain customer acceptance.
- Build a business development pipeline by engaging with key prospects and current customers to ensure revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to retain and expand relationships with key accounts.
- Portfolio could entail retail, wholesale, and food service accounts. Participate in strategic account planning using Key Performance Indicator's (KPI).
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery, resolve issues, and exceed client expectations.
- Provides accurate and timely market information regarding customers and competitors.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to optimize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status, sales outcomes, and market insights for the management team.
- Oversee, develop and implement sales plans to meet or surpass set targets.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
- Willingness to travel to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years experience of account management experience or in a similar role within the beverage distribution industry.
- Solid grasp of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits enthusiasm, self-motivation, and strong initiative, with ability to be a team player.
- Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management.
- Ability to work independently and respond to rapidly changing priorities and meet targets.
- Able to integrate written, verbal and presentation skills into the sales process.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required, through MOTUS program
- Must have a valid Texas state driver's license.
