Position Summary
As a Key Account Representative - Westgate Resorts, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our partnership with Westgate. You'll be responsible for overseeing account management activities, providing onsite support, and fostering strong relationships with Westgate stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Account Management:
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue growth and optimize monetization paths.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with various roles within the Westgate organization.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive action items and ensure effective implementation of arrivia programs, products, and services.
* Stay updated on Westgate's business developments and adapt the arrivia program accordingly.
* Create and deliver monthly engagement reports to Westgate.
* Onsite Support:
* Conduct product training to ensure proper usage and understanding of arrivia offerings.
* Monitor enrollment processes and address any issues promptly.
* Assist Westgate owners with their arrivia travel accounts and reservations.
* Audit sales demo accounts regularly.
Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management or related field.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field preferred.
* Location: Must reside in Orlando, FL and be willing to work onsite at Westgate resorts.
* Travel: Must be willing and able to travel to other Westgate properties or to arrivia HQ as needed.
Skills and Abilities
* Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
* Experience managing client expectations and delivering high-quality service.
* Ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable insights.
* Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering client solutions.
* Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
