**Job Description****Description**The Key Accounts Vaccine Account Representative (KVAR) team supports the Vaccine Sales Team and their customers by providing in depth vaccine contract information, analysis, and approved contract resources. The team assist healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet their vaccine contracting goals to better support their communities through vaccination.The KVAR is part of the vaccine account team and plays a critical role in supporting vaccine accounts through their commercial offer. The KVAR is responsible for engaging reactively with assigned customers in a way that supports each customer's our Company's Commercial Offer goals. They will work with the local sales team to understand and identify customer contracting needs, contract resources, and support contract pull-through activities relative to integrated strategies. The KVAR is responsible for ensuring all their activities adhere to the spirit and letter of all Company Policies and US Laws and RegulationsThe KVAR reports to the VAR Team Leader, but each KVAR is aligned to a DCO region and works in close collaboration with broader Vaccine Field Sales team (VKCL, CTL, & VCR).+ This territory covers the South Central and North Central Regions.+ This position is remote with in person engagements when appropriate.+ For all employees, please initiate a discussion with your manager to review your interest in this opportunity and to determine alignment (readiness/availability) with your Employee Development Plan.**Primary activities include:****Customer Contract Implementation**+ Understand multiple inter-dependencies within an account, consider customer healthcare goals and needs, and maximize account performance by building long-term relationships through collaborative business planning processes and approaches. This includes conducting customer business reviews with appropriate stakeholders discussing the financial impact of contracts and progress/results of targeted vaccine programs and previously identified opportunities to improve customer benefits.+ Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of our company's contract terms and conditions. Apply knowledge of contracts and historical ordering patterns to optimize vaccine purchases for customers and appropriate inventory in support of office protocols, vaccination goals, and seasonality in patient origination.+ Establish and track account performance metrics to evaluate progress and performance, and to assess opportunity and need to adjust plans and associated tasks+ Apply knowledge of full portfolio of our Company vaccines, competitive brands, immunization recommendations and protocols to support the integration of a standard of care and the development and establishment of vaccination protocols+ Collaborate with customers through relationship management skills and leverage customer insights to provide appropriate contract information and solutions+ Create a compelling and logical rationale for the value of Company Commercial Offers in support of patient health & wellness+ Ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer healthcare needs, using these insights to position Company Commercial Offers+ Evaluate and prioritize business across assigned customer segments**Customer Contract Management**+ Understand our Company's internal customer contractual touchpoints to better assess the customer experience and potential gaps as it relates to implementation of our Commercial Offers.+ Facilitate customer contract enrollment in our Company Accounts by onboarding customers to the system and managing batch processes for large accounts.+ Monitor account aggregation to ensure proper contract measurements such as market share.+ Assist the customer and the account team in facilitating required changes to customer information in our Company systems resulting from customer account mergers and acquisitions.+ Assist the customer and the account team with contract implementation issues that would include but are not limited to, correct contract price and discount, correct shipping locations, and other logistics that may have an impact on the customer experience as it relates to their commercial offer.**Qualifications****Education Requirement:**+ Required: BA/BS**Required** :+ 3+ years of experience working in one or more of the following areas: Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Sales, Consulting+ Excellent communication skills (written and oral)+ Self- directed and organized+ Possess strong interpersonal and leadership qualities with demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining relationships in a professional setting+ Excellent planning and organizational skills and good judgment+ ~20% Travel**Preferred** :+ Experience with Contracts and Inventory Management+ Analytical/Business acumen+ Experience working with electronic quality and contracting management systems+ Experience with data analytics tools**NOTICE FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTS**In accordance with Managers' Policy - Job Posting and Employee Placement, all employees subject to this policy are required to have a minimum of twelve (12) months of service in current position prior to applying for open positions.If you have been offered a separation benefits package, but have not yet reached your separation date and are offered a position within the salary and geographical parameters as set forth in the Summary Plan Description (SPD) of your separation package, then you are no longer eligible for your separation benefits package.
