The Kids Buddy Team & Midweek Discipleship Assistant (Temporary) supports the Campus Kids Ministry with leadership and care of children in all phases. JOB DUTIES:
- Partnering with parents of kids with special needs.
- Partnering with Area Coordinators to build relationships with our special needs families.
- Partnering with Students to ensure kids and families transition well as they move up.
- Oversee midweek Kids discipleship initiatives including execution of curriculum, small groups, and engaging activities in accordance with Central Kids objectives, philosophy, and processes.
- Onboarding, equipping, and scheduling the Kids University Dream Team.
- Fulfills administrative duties as requested by campus Kids Director.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of kids ministry events.
- Attending weekly staff meetings and Department meetings as directed.
EDUCATION:
- College graduate, or degree in progress.
- Passion to help others discover their purpose and connect in ministry.
- Experienced with 1 year in a kids' ministry environment, either as staff or volunteer.
JOB SPECS: Classification: Temporary Full-time, Hourly (Non-Exempt) position, including weekends and some nights.Reporting to: Boynton Kids Director
