The Kids' Club Associate is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and fun child-care experience and interact professionally with both parents and children.
Essential Functions:
Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every timeSupervise drop-off, pick-up, and check-in of children, following company standardsRespond directly to physical and emotional needs of each childPlan and lead age-appropriate activities and programmingJob Responsibilities:
Record parent information and label all incoming materials with child's nameDirect children into activities to ease transitions from parents/guardiansAddress all questions or concerns from parents and children, referring as neededLead activities and supervise free playMaintain a safe environmentNotify parents if children's needs exceed the capacity of the Kids' ClubClean toys, games, and equipment after useComplete all paperwork as assignedUnderstand and meet employee standards of conduct and ethicsUphold club building, facilities, service, program, and emergency proceduresAttend all required meetings and trainingsAssume other duties as assignedWork mornings, evenings, and weekends as necessaryRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skillsExcellent listening skillsStrong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detailAbility to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitudeOutwardly facing professional appearanceConfidence and desire to create new relationships quicklyAbility to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skillsWillingness to work flexible hoursAbility to multitask and work well under pressureKnowledge of babysitting practices and techniquesRequired Experience, Education & Certifications:
