The safety of the children while in our care is a top priority. Primary Objectives:
- Train, develop, and coach Kids Club Team Members using the Kids Club Training Resources and Kids Club Success Guide and follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the children in our care
- Lead the Kids Club team to grow and develop their skills and talents
- Communicate with Kids Club team and empower them to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Collaborate with club leaders, and other Kids Club Supervisors to ensure the department remains unified in creating and implementing cohesive company policies and procedures
- Manage/lead Kids Club team members to acceptable professionalism and job performance during day-to-day operations
Core Duties/Responsibilities(includes but not limited to):
- Supervise and interact with the children in Kids Club and their guardians. Create an engaging and fun environment for children to play
- Engage and Play with the children through different activities while maintaining awareness and Supervision of the room
- Maintain Chuze standards of customer service, cleanliness, & culture
- Facilitate the best possible presentation of the CHUZE Kids Club through knowledge, strong communication, and most of all, personal connections.
- Assist in all aspects of Kids Club operations: interactions, sign ups, checking child(ren) in and out, POS transactions, filing, cleaning, run reports to check for accuracy of accounts, preparing crafts, preparing activities, and organizing.
- Implement and deliver conflict resolution techniques with members when needed this may include suspensions in rare situations
- Guide the team by working the shift alongside them, offer on-the-spot coaching in the form of feedforward, and communicate with teams regarding developing, leading, and keeping the Kids Club in performance
- Help coordinate and complete standard daily cleaning tasks to CHUZE standards and ensure that the Kids Club presentation is always extraordinarily clean and sanitary. Follow procedures when notified of an illness in Kids Club.
- Ensure open/closing procedures are followed, efficient, and consistent
- Lead by example in completing tasks and empower your team to complete them when you are not present
- Facilitate training of new and existing employees on daily tasks, customer service, attitude, and approach, all in keeping with the Chuze standard on atmosphere and energy.
- Taking ownership of the shift and awareness of all aspects of operating during a shift.
- Be the go-to person on the team for Kids Club questions/comments/concerns/training
- Meet regularly with other leaders within your club to collaborate, communicate, and work together on scheduling, budget, maintenance, ordering supplies, and employee performance reviews
- Conduct Team Meetings alongside your leaders on a bi-monthly basis as well as having 1:1 meetings with your team.
- Working alongside your GM and building the Kids Club schedule efficiently and within allocated labor hours. Awareness of staffing needs while leading a shift
- Reporting for the Kids Club through weekly, monthly reporting, and cancellation forms and correct accounts as needed

QualificationsIdeally you will have;
- 18+ years of age (required)
- Prior childcare experience 1-2 years
- 2-3 years management experience
- Bachelor's degree or current continuing education
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- A positive & playful mindset
- Demonstrated patience while working with children and adults
- Ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to get up and down off the floor frequently and move quickly when needed
- Occasionally lift and/or move 30-50lbs
