What We Will Offer You:
- Hourly Pay Rate of: $16.00 + 3% Commissions
- Full Time Schedule
Your Team is counting on you as a Kiehl's Skin Pro to:
- Inspire customers by providing an amazing shopping experience, including enthusiastic and helpful assistance, along with in-depth knowledge of Kiehls Skin products.
- Achieve individual sales goals and provide superior customer service while maintaining product and brand image presentation.
- Provide flexible availability to work any shift, including weekends & holidays.
- Advise customers on the use of Kiehl's Skincare products and other store items.
- Provide exemplary customer service as outlined in the Kiehl's Circle of Service; become a Kiehl's advocate and brand expert.
- Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
- Maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items.
- Operate the POS systems, cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to keep our displays fresh and restock products.
- Participate in training and education sessions.
- Get involved in store theme days, events, new product launches, and training sessions.
- Help with inventory preparation and accuracy.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- 1+ years specialty retail store experience.
- Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change.
- Must be able to work on your feet all day.
- Some unpacking and packing of materials when restocking supplies.
- Moving and setting up displays and event materials.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
