  • Hourly Pay Rate of: $16.00 + 3% Commissions

Your Team is counting on you as a Kiehl's Skin Pro to:
  • Inspire customers by providing an amazing shopping experience, including enthusiastic and helpful assistance, along with in-depth knowledge of Kiehls Skin products.
  • This Kiehl's Skin Pro is responsible for achieving individual sales goals, provide superior customer service and responsible for product and brand image presentation.
  • Provide flexible availability to work any shift, including weekends & holidays
Kiehl's Skin Pro Job Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on the use of Kiehl's Skincare products, and other store items.
  • Provide exemplary customer service as outlined in the Kiehl's Circle of Service; Become a Kiehl's advocate and brand expert.
  • Achieve individual sales goals established by management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
  • Maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items.
  • Operate the POS systems, Cash and Credit Card Transactions
  • Collaborate with the team to keep our displays fresh and restock products.
  • Participate in training and education sessions
  • Get involved in store theme days, events, new product launches, and training sessions.
  • Help with inventory preparation and accuracy
Kiehl's Skin Pro Job Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals
  • 1+ years specialty retail store experience
  • Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work on your feet all day
  • Some unpacking and packing of materials when restocking supplies.
  • Moving and setting up displays and event materials.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
