We are seeking experienced Construction Managers to join our nuclear maintenance, installations, and operations team. Our Construction and Project Managers are responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a nuclear-related construction project. You will be responsible for directing and supervising the work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, etc. As a Construction Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Operations, Team Leaders, and Outage Specialists. Additionally, the Construction Manager manages project activities for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line work as assigned, providing oversight of the staff involved in planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring to ensure that work is implemented safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget. This includes all aspects of project implementation including budget, work package preparation, and procurement.

Responsibilities
* Be responsible for ensuring the project meets or exceeds its financial objectives, by overseeing and monitoring each stage of the development.
* Coordinates daily/weekly meetings with all the area superintendents and project engineers to develop means and methods, schedule contracting needs and long lead delivery times.
* Effectively supervise craft personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures, NRC regulations and the site(s) schedule.
* Supervises project implementation to assure cost, time, quality and execution guidelines according to schedule. #LI-LH1
* Manage all field operations and work sequence in conjunction with the Project Manager.
* Review project estimate or plan to determine estimated job cost, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
* Oversee and approve the monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections. Also, review, approve and negotiate change orders.
* Anticipate project needs with sufficient lead-time to avoid delay of production Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of the project, work closely with Project Manager and HR team to manage the relationship with staff and craft .
* Form and lead an effective project management team, define, and delegate management responsibilities, and set goals.
* Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
* Be an effective leader, communicate with department leads regarding work scopes.
* Ensure project superintendents understand and execute the work as required.
* Ensure safety, quality and production is maintained.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of performing maintenance and modification work in nuclear power plants and management experience required; Degree or diploma in a nuclear-related field, or combination of training and experience.
* Familiar with technical drawings systems and planning & reporting systems. Knowledge of project budget process and tools, as well as department budget process and tools, and Project controls.
* Ability to work with and manage unionized workers or subcontractors.
* Goal-oriented - able to set goals and achieve them.
* Knowledge of EPC industry; Constructability knowledge.
* Compliance - Follows applicable laws, codes, regulations, or zoning for required work.
* Demonstrated clear logical written, verbal, and communication and presentation skills.
* Leader that seeks and accepts responsibility and leads by example.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Willingness to move/travel to different work locations.
