This role is essential in supporting our kindergarten teachers and students, ensuring a positive and effective learning environment. The position is 27.5 hours per week, when school is in session. Responsibilities: The kindergarten paraprofessional will assist the kindergarten teacher(s) with classroom management and instruction, provide individual and small group support to students, help prepare instructional materials and classroom activities, and supervise students in the classroom, at recess, and on field trips. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
