Job Summary: The King Ranch Administrative Assistant I is responsible for assisting with planning and executing every aspect of camp record keeping, reporting and filing of all camp records, activities, guest logs, budget and financial documents, personnel files and payroll information to be ready for any and all requests by Camp Manager or Corporate Executive Management.

- Organize and keep record of all daily operations of Los Borregos facilities.
- Able to develop and maintain high quality relationships with guests and employees
- Collect and archive all schedules, activities, dining and overall hunt experience information of guests and officers
- Disseminate information to personnel as it becomes available from entities such as corporate office, HR, marketing and executive management
- Keep impeccable files on all aspects of camp management including repairs, maintenance, culinary planning, hospitality accommodations and contracts for hunting activities
- Work with the Camp Manager and Assistant Camp Manager to coordinate annual hunt calendar, submit monthly reports on expenses, attendance and records of lease management.
- Must be friendly, professional and knowledgeable with a positive and helpful attitude.
SKILLS- Possess a clear understanding of hunt camp operations and management
- Able to organize and be knowledgeable of budget management and vendor negotiations
- Must possess leadership, organization, and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE- At least two years of clerical experience
- Able to communicate in English and Spanish
- Good writing skills
- Proficient in use of Excel and Word
- A professional portfolio with references and trackable experience will be expected at time of interview
