Overview:
Job Summary: Provide exceptional client support and responsible for instructing all new CPAP set ups. Ability to work with clients with initial fitting and all followup needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up and instructing all new CPAP set ups.
- Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls.
- Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client. Utilize the mask guarantee program.
- Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:
- Use and care of the Products
- Fitting problems and how to solve them
- Patient Rights and Responsibilities
- Companys services and availability
- Patient Instruction and Follow-up
- All Patient oriented paperwork
- Community Resources
- Assist with education events for patients/clients and community.
- Performs other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Required: 1-2 years previous experience as a Respitory Therapist in a hospital setting
Special Conditions of Employment
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation: $28.00-$29.00 per hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
