**Essential Job Functions**

* Quickly and efficiently prepare food

* Read and understand labels and instructions, particularly regarding food safety and food hygiene

* Read senior center menu

* Serve lunch and dessert to all seniors

* Wash dishes, pots, and utensils

* Service as a substitute when the Employment Specialist is not present for the day

* Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
