Description:BASIC FUNCTION: Assists Food Service Coordinator with the daily functions of food preparation and service.MAJOR DUTIES:-- Unpacks, sorts and stores foods.-- Assists Food Services Coordinator with the preparation of meals.-- Cleans and maintains kitchen and dining areas, washes dishes, pots and utensils.-- Serves meals to residents.-- Fills in for other kitchen staff who are on leave.-- Performs other duties as requested or assigned.
