**Summary**

Working in the Prairie Berry Kitchen will provide you with the culinary experience to kick-start your career! Join our family and do something that you love every day. We believe that from scratch is truly best, no fryers here, everything created from fresh ingredients and crafted to pair with all of our award-winning wines and craft beer. Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Running the kitchen line

* Prepping food

* Cleaning and back stocking

* Helping out in dish pit when needed

* Working together as a team to accomplish goals

* Assist in the production of house-made specialty food items

Qualifications**:**

* 1 year of Kitchen food prep experience in the restaurant/foodservice industry preferred

* Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

* Able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds

* Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

* Able to work in a loud environment for long periods of time
