Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing kitchen and bath cabinetry design services and sales consultation for contractors, remodelers, and homeowners. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates who will provide exceptional customer service.Responsibilities of Position
  • Guide customers through kitchen/bath layout design, product selection, and installation process.
  • Create custom designs for customers using 20/20 Design Software, ensuring all required installation notes and details are captured in plans.
  • Create price quotes and presentation packets for clients.
  • Resolve Customer problems involving merchandise, design questions, product returns, etc.
  • Work closely with customers, contractors (installers), and co-workers throughout the project to make certain that the project flows proficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity; document the customer sales process and maintain customer records in the CRM and other software and systems as requested.
  • Read and understand blueprints and perform blueprint take-offs.
  • Perform other assigned duties as directed by Store Manager, including assisting with inside counter sales.
Required Skills
  • Previous experience in kitchen/bath cabinetry design and sales is required.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Experience with 20/20 Design Software or equivalent.
  • Solid computer aptitude, which includes proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the selling process and bid preparation preferred.
  • Strong organizational, math, and computer skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Teamwork oriented.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
