Description Kitchen (BOH) shift leaders will be responsible for daily operations of the kitchen. Kitchen shift leader responsibilities are inclusive but not limited too the following: management of daily operations, supervision and management of team members, retaining the integrity of Chick-fil-A recipes, maintaining food quality and food safety, upholding the food safety five.
