Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full-time Kitchen Utility on our culinary team. SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils and equipment, the Kitchen Utility plays a vital role on our Culinary Team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets up and operates dish machine and pot and pan sinks. Keeps area clean at all times.
- Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue, sorting china, and running tableware through dish machine.
- Properly stores all clean and sanitized tableware, buffet platters, and displays.
- Gathers and properly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and returns them to their proper places.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, coolers, storage areas, etc.
- Cleans garbage cans with soap and water on a regular basis. Breaks down and empties boxes.
- Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.

REPORTS TO: Executive Chef/Restaurant Chef/Sous Chef Requirements AVAILABILITY: Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. REQUIREMENTS:
- May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Requires occasional bending, lifting, stretching.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
