Overview:

SUMMARY:It is the responsibility ofthe Kitchen Expo to assist the servers in all aspects of the dining experience by preparing meal trays and performing the following duties. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Companys brand standard and core values.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Fills individual serving cartons with portions of various foods and condiments such as cream, jams and sauces.

*Portions and garnishes hot coked foods, such as meta and vegetables, into individual serving dishes.

*Removes plates from the table once the guests are finished with their meal.

*Prepares garnishments on the various designated shifts.

*During the closing shift, cleans all stainless-steel shelves, puts all condiments away, restocks.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Health card is required.
• Must have great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and to be respectful of everyone.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Experience preferred but will train willing individual.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

• Basic Math Skills.

Language Skills:

• Must be able to speak and understand English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Constantly standing, eye/hand coordination, handling, wrist motion, hearing, speaking, seeing, reading, and bending.
• Constantly walking up to distances of 500 ft. during shift.
• Occasional lifting and carrying trays up to a maximum of 25lbs. at mid body level, for distances up to a maximum of 500 ft. during shift.
• Frequently stooping, reaching.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. There are occasional hot and cold temperature changes.
• Work with others in close spaces.
• Moderate noise levels.
• Walk/stand on tile/mats/carpet/cement.
