As a Kitchen Hand in our High-Volume Production Environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing dough, baking, and expertly packaging our scrumptious cookies within our fast-paced operation.
- Assisting in nationwide shipping operations to ensure our cookies reach customers far and wide.
- Playing a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our operation demands.
- Assisting with various manager-assigned tasks, including folding boxes and contributing to the smooth flow of our small scale manufacturing process.
Experience and Training:
- No prior kitchen experience? No problem! On-the-job training will be provided, allowing you to thrive in our unique production environment.
- Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.
- While kitchen or production experience is beneficial, it's not a requirement.

- Physical requirements include occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, reaching, and more.
- Repetitive motion and quick maneuvering in a compact space with hot ovens.

Shifts: Sunday- Friday. Flexible between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
