We are seeking a talented and dedicated Kitchen Manager/Chef to lead our culinary endeavors and enhance the overall taproom experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a creative and enticing menu that complements our diverse range of craft beers.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and quality control.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team environment.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels to minimize waste and maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped kitchen that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with the brewery team to create beer and food pairing events and special promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven culinary experience with a strong focus on creating unique, flavorful dishes.
- Previous experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Knowledge of craft beer and an enthusiasm for exploring innovative beer and food pairings a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
