Cleans kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely so cooks can carry out their work. Sweeps, mops, and clean kitchen floors. Returns equipment to its proper location. Using dishwashing machine, washes dishes, flatware and glassware from banquets and restaurants. Perform general/routine cleaning task using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
