Every member of The Hi-Line Team strives to create a unique interaction between our customers and retail partners to support sales execution, market growth, and industry dominance. Team members work together to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. They primarily ensure patient satisfaction and greet customers and dispensary staff with a personable smile to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Pay is based on experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Cooking and preparing edibles Maintains and implements standard operating procedures for all products and techniques developed. Ensure product meets all requirements for compliance, stability, and safety. Ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared, and served based on the company's recipe, preparation, and portion standards. Being diligent in monitoring quality to ensure Hi-Line sells the best products possible. Maintain and comply with sanitation and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work environment. Perform visual quality inspections on products, minimize waste where possible. Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism. Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on The Hi-Line Company products. Being onsite for dispensary events and activities. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Know the Montana cannabis industry's legal rules and guidelines as they pertain to your job responsibilities. NECESSARY SKILLS / PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING: A bright and positive, can-do, solutions-oriented attitude - especially under pressure; stays upbeat, creative, and goal-focused despite setbacks. Attention to detail, punctual, follow through, self-motivating and managing, organized, focused, and completion oriented - excellence driven. Highly adaptable, no job beneath you. Sometimes taking initiative to figure out what's needed and sometimes taking directives on simple tasks. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to obtain MT CCD Agent badge Age 18+ At least three years of experience in a production-style kitchen. Experience with Metric preferred Experience with processing cannabis or other botanicals preferred. Excellent organization skills. Available to work 30-40 hours per week; including weekends. Flexible schedule. Reliable transportation. Lift a minimum of 50 lbs / stand for long periods of time.
