Kitchen IDEPARTMENT: KitchenREPORTS TO: Operations ManagerOVERTIME: Following thecompletion of 40 hours within the work weekLOCATION: As AssignedJOB SUMMARY:The primary responsibility of the Kitchen I is to ensure theorganization and cleanliness of a fully functioning kitchen and dining hallatmosphere while providing excellent customer service to guests.DUTIES:* Confirm that all dishes andflatware are washed, sorted and stored in an efficient manner.* Uphold dining roomcleanliness and esthetics through cleaning, sanitizing and trash removal.* Replenish dining roomnapkins, condiments, coffee and soda as needed.* Assist the Chefs and Baker in stock logistics.* Monitor kitchen deliveries.* Assist all kitchen staff in ad hoc kitchen andcleaning tasks.* Ensure compliance withworkplace safety and food services regulations.REQUIREMENTS:* Kitchen experience preferred.* Hardworking, Self Motivated individual* Dishwashing experience preferred.* Ability to lift 50 lbs.* Ability to stand for longdurations of time.* Must meet pre-hire backgroundcheck and urinalysis standards. Must provide transportation to and fromfacility.
