The WingHouse Kitchen employee is responsible for consistently executing all WingHouse kitchen systems and standards to provide the guest with the highest quality food products. This includes recipe specifications, safe food handling, food quality standards, and picture-perfect presentation. The Kitchen employee demonstrates a willingness to be a team player, has a positive attitude, and meets all WingHouse kitchen uniform and grooming standards.Responsibilities:
- Follows WingHouse Recipes and Operating Procedures & Systems
- Ensures Food Presentation is Visually Appealing & Picture Perfect
- Practices Proper Food Safety & Sanitation Standards
- Adheres to WingHouse Kitchen Uniform and Hygiene Standards
- Completes Daily Tasks and Assigned Project Work including Kitchen Set Up and Breakdown
- Responsible to assist with Receiving and Rotation of Food Supplies
- Continuous Development of WingHouse Kitchen Knowledge
- Responsible to assist with Dish Area Cleanliness and Trash Removal
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Obtain Safe Food Handling Practices certification
- Awareness of Equipment Safety

RequirementsQualifications:
- 1-3 years kitchen experience required; line cook experience preferred
- Maintain ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
