PAY RANGE FOR KITCHEN STAFF (Restaurant): $23.50-$27.56/hour
  • Dumpling Prep (Dumpling Trainee) = $24.50-$26.00/hour
  • Barista / Expo = $23.50-$24.96/hour
  • Dishwashers = $23.50-$24.65/hour
  • Prep Cooks = $24.00-$26.83/hour
  • Janitors = $23.50-$24.96/hour
  • Line Cooks = $25.00-$27.56/hour
    • Line Cook (Wok) = $26.50-$27.56/hour
    • Line Cook (Noodle) = $25.00-$26.00/hour
    • Line Cook (Steamer) = $26.50-$27.56/hour
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
