Requirements: - A flexible schedule, filling in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Weekend availability.
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification and understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat and reach above shoulder level.
- Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to extreme cold/hot temperatures.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities: - Prepare all food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits.
- Prepare meals quickly, efficient, and accurately
- Operate and maintain cooking equipment such as grills, fryers and griddles.
- Verify that prepared food meets Dog Haus requirements for quality and quantity.
- Maintain food preparation area, equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Maintain Dog Haus standards for food production and handling, cooking, housekeeping, sanitation, and safety.
