Kitchen Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience in a Professional manner. This ensures that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food and service. This should include pleasant interactions with Guests and Team Members, adherence to production procedures and standards, and fulfilling orders accurately and rapidly. Team members will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create a culture of caring for our guests and each other all day, every day. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done, all with a Professional attitude, is required. Must be able to take initiative and have a sense of urgency. Requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
- Assist with all food preparation and set up
- Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
- Any other duties as assigned for the Production staff
- Strong communication/verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: gets along well with others
- Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds, as necessary
- Able to multi-task
- Detail orientated
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- MUST be able to work both Fridays AND Saturdays
- Must be at least 18 years old
