We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who loves to improve process and is hungry to take ownership of documenting and maintaining all company processes, procedures, and workflows. This role is critical to ensuring consistency, efficiency, and clarity across our operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to gather insights, develop standardized documentation, and continuously update materials to reflect changes in business operations. What You'll Be Doing:
- Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive process and procedure documentation for all departments.
- Develop templates and frameworks for consistent formatting and structure of documentation.
- Analyze current procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for standardization or optimization.
- Establish and enforce version control practices to ensure all documentation remains current and accurate.
- Regularly audit and revise materials to align with evolving company operations.
- Provide guidance and training on documentation tools and standards to team members.
- Support onboarding processes by supplying and explaining relevant documentation to new hires.
- Manage the company's knowledge base or document repository, ensuring it is easily accessible and user-friendly.
- Organize documentation to facilitate easy retrieval by team members.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2024 is $16.00 - $24.00 an hour. This range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
