Position Description:
TechPride seeks Knowledge Management Consultant to support the United States Coast Guard's C5ISC Knowledge Management initiatives. These roles focus on implementing scalable knowledge management solutions, maintaining repositories, and automating workflows to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical and workflow development support as the organization transitions to Enterprise Service Management Platforms (ESMP), such as BMC Helix.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Manage content development, administration, and integration of data into ESMP systems.
- Identify automation opportunities and provide tailored solutions integrated with MS SharePoint and Teams.
- Streamline operations and enhance productivity through continual process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective knowledge automation processes.
- Maintain knowledge assets (KAs) and knowledge libraries using tools such as MS SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Manage version control, develop maintenance schedules, and facilitate meetings for KA management.
- Identify, document, and maintain internal and external C5ISC service lists and associated process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NARA Federal Records Management requirements for all KAs.
- Assist in consolidating over 5,000 KAs into scalable repositories using automation for ingestion and updates.
- Standardize KA organization through metadata and cataloging methods, ensuring rapid access for end-users.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in process automation, workflow development, and content management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Office 365 tools.
- Experience managing workflows and integrating solutions with SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Demonstrated success standardizing and automating KA libraries.
- Experience with BMC Helix or similar ESMP preferred.
- NARA Federal Records Management Certification preferred
- Expertise in managing repositories using SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Experience communicating with senior leadership within federal government agencies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills.
- Public Trust Clearance and US Citizenship required.
