Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Korean Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Center team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to member and provider inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience and pursuing one-call resolutions. You will collaborate with various departments to provide accurate health share information in line with Membership Guidelines.

Essential Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls from members and providers, conducting follow-up outbound calls as needed.
  • Resolve general inquiries and issues via phone or email.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Document trends or operational problems and notify management for resolution.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Korean language and English.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or GED required.
