Onsite Data Center Operations- Tuesday-Saturday 8a-4pm -40 hours per week. Services to be provided:
- Service NOW ticket queue monitoring and management
- Asset management & tracking
- Hardware support (switches, servers, storage, etc.) (everything from green light monitoring to replacing hardware kept onsite. Training available)
- Hardware deployment
- Patch cable installation and management
- Project management support (meaning taking direction from project managers to assist with tasks)
