Overview:?We?are?seeking?a?highly?skilled?and?experienced?L3 Desktop Support Specialist with?

network?administration?responsibilities?to?join?our?IT?team.?The?ideal?candidate?will?have?a?strong?

background?in?both?desktop?support?and?network?administration,?with?the?ability?to?troubleshoot?

and?resolve?complex?technical?issues. CCNA and CCNP certification required.

Responsibilities:

  • Desktop?Support:

  • Provide?technical?assistance?to?end-users,?including?troubleshooting?hardware,?software,?and?network?issues.

  • Install,?upgrade,?and?maintain?desktop?operating?systems?and?applications.

  • Conduct?remote?troubleshooting?and?provide?clear?technical?instructions.

  • Customize?desktop?applications?to?meet?user?needs.

  • Record?technical?issues?and?solutions?in?logs.

  • Follow?up?with?clients?to?ensure?their?systems?are?functional.

  • Network?Administration:

  • Monitor?and?maintain?network?performance?and?security.

  • Troubleshoot?and?resolve?network?connectivity?issues.

  • Manage?network?security?measures.

  • Maintain?network?services,?such?as?DHCP,?DNS,?and?VLANs.

Requirements:

  • 5-8?years?of?experience?in?the?IT?field

  • Experience?with?the?ServiceNow?(SNOW)?ticketing?system.

  • CCNA?and?CCNP?certification.

  • Experience?with?Cisco?switches.

  • iPhone?support,?setup,?and?managing?platforms.

  • Industrial?experience?(for?safety?reasons).

  • Willingness?to?work?overtime?or?on?weekends.

  • Flexibility?to?work?different?shifts?if?needed.

  • Proven?work?experience?as?an?L3?Desktop?Support?Engineer?or?similar?role.

  • Hands-on?experience?with?Windows,?Linux,?and?Mac?OS?environments.

  • Knowledge?of?network?security?practices?and?anti-virus?programs.

  • Ability?to?perform?remote?troubleshooting?and?provide?clear?instructions.

  • Customer-oriented?attitude.

  • Must?be?ready?to?take?any?shift,?any?day.
