CCNA and CCNP certification required. Responsibilities:

  • DesktopSupport:
  • Providetechnicalassistancetoend-users,includingtroubleshootinghardware,software,andnetworkissues.
  • Install,upgrade,andmaintaindesktopoperatingsystemsandapplications.
  • Conductremotetroubleshootingandprovidecleartechnicalinstructions.
  • Customizedesktopapplicationstomeetuserneeds.
  • Recordtechnicalissuesandsolutionsinlogs.
  • Followupwithclientstoensuretheirsystemsarefunctional.
  • NetworkAdministration:
  • Monitorandmaintainnetworkperformanceandsecurity.
  • Troubleshootandresolvenetworkconnectivityissues.
  • Managenetworksecuritymeasures.
  • Maintainnetworkservices,suchasDHCP,DNS,andVLANs.
Requirements:
  • 5-8yearsofexperienceintheITfield
  • ExperiencewiththeServiceNow(SNOW)ticketingsystem.
  • CCNAandCCNPcertification.
  • ExperiencewithCiscoswitches.
  • iPhonesupport,setup,andmanagingplatforms.
  • Industrialexperience(forsafetyreasons).
  • Willingnesstoworkovertimeoronweekends.
  • Flexibilitytoworkdifferentshiftsifneeded.
  • ProvenworkexperienceasanL3DesktopSupportEngineerorsimilarrole.
  • Hands-onexperiencewithWindows,Linux,andMacOSenvironments.
  • Knowledgeofnetworksecuritypracticesandanti-virusprograms.
  • Abilitytoperformremotetroubleshootingandprovideclearinstructions.
  • Customer-orientedattitude.
