The Lab Assistant is an integral part of our Laboratory Services team based out of our US - St. Paul, MN site.
Position Details
Phibro Animal Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support laboratory operations by performing various tasks related to research, testing, and quality assurance in our animal health products. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and materials.
* Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments under the supervision of senior staff.
* Record and analyze data accurately, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
* Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, adhering to safety regulations.
* Manage shipping and receiving from the site.
* Support the preparation of samples and reagents for testing.
* Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
* Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and research initiatives.
* Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance lab skills and knowledge.
