Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Registers the day's samples on the computerAdds new customers and machine compartments to the database as neededVerifies customer address or machine ownership where neededCompletes the manual data entryEnsures test data is complete and correct for evaluationSorts lab's daily run of customer reports and feedback copies of sample reports for the dayLogs in Level II Coolant samples and ships out for test work as neededAssists in shipping out other samples for test work when neededAssists in getting the warranty letters outAssists in invoicing special sample services as neededPerforms various administrative tasks to support the labOther duties as assigned by managerRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED1-3 years administrative/clerical experience1-3 years customer service experiencePhysical Demands & Competencies:Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearingSedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 poundsData Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skillsSafety & Product KnowledgeAttention to detailAbility to type 40 words per minuteBasic knowledge of Microsoft WordWork Environment:Noise: QuietIndoorsOther Duties:Job Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
