Your Contribution: Perform a variety of duties aimed at managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients.Foster and grow relationships between CGM US and customer base throughout the sales process.Develop annual business plan to meet assigned quota.Manage and facilitate miscellaneous projects and add-on business from identification of opportunity. through generation/approval of quotes, scheduling of deliverables and adoption of end solution.Strive to meet the assigned sales quota for new revenue.Implement marketing campaigns for product growth.Coordinate escalated project or support issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Your Qualification: Previous Account Management and/or Customer Relationship Management experience preferred.Previous software vendor experience in healthcare information technology setting preferred.Some familiarity with clinical laboratory software and/or billing software services.Strong presentation and communication skills.Understanding of hospital and patient care workflow.Knowledge of industry appropriate terms.Ability to research and plan to bring customers added value.Must be able to carry credible conversation and further exploration to become a strategic partner with the customer.Ability to creatively solve customer problems and leverage CGM US's resources and teams.Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.Minimum 3 years of industry experience in vendor or healthcare setting.
