Location: Trumbull, CT (Onsite)Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMType: 4-Month Contract (with potential for extension)Pay: $25/hourPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly organized Lab Operations Assistant for a 4-month contract position to assist in lab operations, focusing on documentation and data entry for experimental protocols and product testing. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established protocols, and excellent organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation, organization, and documentation of lab testing processes.Follow established protocols for the preservation and entry of test data.Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of lab data in both digital and physical formats.Support lab operations by assisting in the setup of product bins and temperature-controlled chambers.Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create charts, reports, and communicate project results.Work with chemicals and FDA-regulated products while adhering to safety protocols.Requirements:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; High School diploma minimum.Some experience in a lab environment or administrative/operations role within a technical field (documentation or data entry).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.Comfortable working in a lab setting, following strict safety protocols and handling chemicals.Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Why Join Us?Gain experience working in a cutting-edge lab setting.Opportunity to grow within a specialized industry.Collaborative work environment with opportunities to develop your skills.#M3
