Jonell Systems - Filtration Group is looking for a proactive Lab Operations Associate to handle the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the lab while supporting basic lab functions for IntegraLabs in Fort Worth, Texas. This role does not require a degree but emphasizes organizational skills, operational efficiency, and a willingness to contribute to lab processes.
Responsibilities
* Oversee inventory management for consumables, ensuring supplies are stocked and accessible.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory spaces, including common areas and equipment.
* Perform routine tasks such as sample preparation, basic equipment setup, and data entry.
* Assist with equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate preventive services.
* Document daily lab activities and help troubleshoot operational issues.
* Coordinate shipments and deliveries of lab materials, maintaining accurate records.
* Support environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives, including chemical inventory management and waste disposal.
* Prepare procurement requests and liaise with vendors for quotes and order follow-ups.
* Provide administrative support for lab projects, including scheduling and preparing documentation.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or laboratory support role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
* Self-motivated, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Interest in learning and contributing to laboratory operations and processes.
