SUMMARYThe Phlebotomy Lab Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the phlebotomy team in the Emergency Department (ED), including time and attendance, schedules, employee performance, compliance, and duties of phlebotomist. Builds strategic working relationships with the ED management team.
