As the Lab Support Services Lead at CentraCare Laboratory Services, you'll oversee pre-testing and post-testing functions for patients of all ages. Prioritizing patient safety and Family Centered Care principles, you'll optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and manage supply procurement. Click here to learn more about our team!Schedule:* Full-time* 80 hours every two weeks* Monday-Friday, flex hours between 5 a.m.-3:30 p.m., rotating holidaysPay and Benefits:* Pay based on experience* Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!* Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs availableQualifications:* Certification from or in the process of pursuing a degree from an accredited laboratory or medicine-related program (Phlebotomy, Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Laboratory Assistant, etc.).* Certification as a Laboratory Assistant, Phlebotomist, or Certified Medical Assistant to be obtained within 1 year. Certification must be verified within six weeks of taking the exam.* High School Diploma or GED.* 1 or more years of experience within CentraCare Labratories preferred.* Prior experience in a similar role may be taken into consideration.* Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills.CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
