**Laboratory Technician**
Job Description
This laboratory is responsible for high throughput Seed Quality Testing to support the Product Supply Organization within a large agricultural company. You will perform laboratory tasks under the direction of a full-time employee, including dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding, reagent preparation, and other routine laboratory tasks. Responsibilities include assisting in operating equipment for data generation, receipt and inspection of raw materials, ordering and stocking, and conducting routine and preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Hard Skills
+ Associate degree in a scientific field
+ Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
+ Ability to stand for prolonged periods (4-6 hours)
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks with hands, wrists, and arms
Soft Skills
+ Experience in fast-paced environments
+ Experience in team-based environments
