Description:

Looking for a Lab Tech 2 for join our team full time helping to progress research for one of the largest manufacturers of DNA that supports the life sciences industry.

Responsibilites:

+ Use a variety of lab equipment to process standard and non-standard products

+ Synthesize oligos on various synthesizer platforms and attach modifications utilizing various techniques

+ Cleave and deprotect oligos utilizing appropriate methods

+ Quantify and sample oligos for quality control tests

+ Efficiently multitask while running multiple processes

+ Use customer software in windows based environment

+ Troubleshoot product, process, or equipment problems

Skills:

+ DNA Seqencing

+ Gel Electrophoresis

+ PCR

+ Read/Follow SOPs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or other life science preferred

+ Associates Degree in Life Science and 1-2 years relevant lab based experience

Shifts

+ Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
