Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of all manufacturing activities in accordance with current GMPs.
Responsibilities- Execute basic manufacturing procedures (cleaning, solution prep, equipment prep) under direct supervision.
- Accurately follow and complete required documentation (batch records, forms, Quality system documentation) under direct supervision.
- Adhere to all procedures, including gowning and safety requirements, at all times.
- Support manufacturing activities outside of core hours under direct supervision.
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, as assigned.
- Assist with validation activities, as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- 0-2 years of experience
- Associate's degree or higher in a life science
- Experience in GMP manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred
- Ability to work alone or in a team and follow procedures exactly
- Excellent communication, drive, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
