Job Description
1. Identify the next production order where boxes and labels need to be prepared. The Inner Pack and Master Pack labels must be staged and delivered to the Packaging Area before starting.
2. Bring the shop order and boxes to the Labeling Workstation. Mark the blades in the FIFIO with a yellow cone.
3. Print the Inner Pack and Master Pack labels according to the Production Order requirement. Print one extra Inner Pack, Master Pack and UPC label in the MP format and apply to the back of the order.
4. Scan the first and last label printed with the Stratix verifier to ensure the label meets the requirements.
5. Apply the labels accordingly to the Inner Pack and Master Pack boxes. Take care that the location of the labels matches the requirements.
6. Verify that the completed work matches the production order. The 10-digit part number, Catalog Number and Quantity of Primary Packs for the IP and MP must match the information on the Production Order.
7. Deliver the labeled boxes to the appropriate packaging area.
8. Upon request, prepare additional labels and boxes as needed.
9. When a Production Order is completed by the Packaging Area, collect the remaining boxes and remove/cover the labels. Store the boxes accordingly.
10. When there is labelling work is caught up, the operator shall perform packaging operations or support in other areas of the value stream.

Ability to stand for 8 hours
Proper hand dexterity
Ability to read and follow instructions
Ability to lift (up to) 40lb. boxes
General Math Skills
High School Diploma or GED from an accredted school required
