Job Title: Senior Labeling Specialist and Email Campaign Manager
Status: Full-Time (Temporary or Contract Role)
Pay Range: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

General Position Summary
The Senior Labeling Specialist and Email Campaign Manager is responsible for creating, editing, and managing product labeling in compliance with FDA guidelines. This includes developing materials such as quick reference guides, package inserts, instructions for use, operating manuals, product labels, and specifications. Additionally, the role involves managing email and mail campaigns to support marketing efforts. The candidate will ensure all activities align with the company's quality management system (QMS) and use tools such as Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Bartender software.
Essential Job Functions
Labeling Activities
- Create, update, and proofread product and packaging labels, quick reference guides, and other materials.
- Utilize Bartender software to generate and update product labels and maintain associated databases.
- Ensure labeling adheres to U.S. and European in-vitro diagnostic regulations and internal brand guidelines.
- Submit and monitor labeling documents through document change order (DCO), engineering change order (ECO), and manufacturing change order (MCO) processes in PLM.
- Collaborate with regulatory, R&D, and manufacturing teams to align labeling with compliance and operational standards.
- Manage online documents using FLOWPAPER and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Email and Mail Campaign Management
- Design and execute email and mail campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Generate campaign reports to evaluate performance and inform future strategies.
Information Management & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data for labeling and campaign materials.
- Work with external vendors for quotations, proofs, and translations, and handle purchase requisitions in Oracle Fusion.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.
Administrative Activities
- Attend and participate in team meetings and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the scheduling of product photography and inventory transfers for marketing use.
- Set up webinars and distribute attendee certificates.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience in product labeling or graphic design).
Experience & Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in product labeling, including creating manuals, guides, and labels.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with software tools such as Bartender, Barcode Studio, GS1, Oracle Agile, and Oracle Fusion preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with email campaign platforms and template-based designs.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of FDA and European labeling regulations for in-vitro diagnostic products.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment
- Ability to sit frequently, with occasional standing and walking.
- Capable of reading and analyzing printed and digital materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds with assistance.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
