Plaintiff-side labor and employment law firm is hiring an experienced and ambitious Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Nassau County, New York legal team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably within a plaintiff labor and employment practice
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Associate Attorney will:
- Manage client intake
- Provide legal counsel and representation
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and provide case management
- Conduct discovery and depositions
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Attend trials and conferences
